The delivery is free all around South Africa and managed by FedEx.

> DO YOU DELIVER GLOBALLY?

Yes, the international shipping is provided by FedEx: every parcel can be shipped worldwide. Prices are different according to the destination country. The delivery time varies between 2 and 7 days. Parcels are tracked and the tracking number of the package will be given to the customer when shipment is confirmed. Your delivery details will be available before the validation of the order. Do not hesitate to contact us to get more information about delivery.
The products and accessories are delivered internationally to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the order process. Should the customer make a mistake when placing the order, this will be under the full responsibility of the customer who will bear any extra costs due to the delay of the shipment, any additional forwarding as well as the possible loss of the parcel.
Import duties and other customs charges may be applied to international orders when the package reaches its destination. For more information, the customer should discuss this with the postal services in the relevant country. ANY ADDITIONAL TAX IS CHARGED TO THE CLIENT.

MORGANE & THE QUEEN confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer by e-mail to the address communicated by the customer.
In case of an error in the wording of the recipient’s contact information, MORGANE & THE QUEEN cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver the product.

Contact me as soon as possible at contact@morganeandthequeen.com, describe your request and I will be more than happy to help you (change of address, etc.). Please note that order changes can no longer be made when the order has already been shipped.

> WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@morganeandthequeen.com and specify your name, address, e-mail address, order number and mention which items you would like to return, preferably using the return form. Once we have approved your request, your jewellery can be shipped. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods. The products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, in their original packaging, together with their accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale.
If an item is shipped from abroad, make sure it is marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. We cannot be held responsible for customs charges applied to the package. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same method of payment as the one used for the initial purchase. Except in exceptional cases, RETURN FEES ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE.

> AN ITEM OF JEWELLERY IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE SHOP. WHAT DO I DO?

When a product is unavailable, it appears on the website marked as such. In case of an error, MORGANE & THE QUEEN undertakes to inform the customer by email as soon as possible. If the product has already been paid for, MORGANE & THE QUEEN undertakes to start the manufacture of the product to fulfill the customer’s order. The client will need to understand the particular situation and acknowledge that the delivery will take slightly longer than the standard delivery time. The customer will be regularly informed by email of the state and progress of their purchase.

The products for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, should errors or omissions have occurred in the descriptions, MORGANE & THE QUEEN shall not be held responsible. Photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual.
Our products are produced by craftsmen. They may have slight variations in size, color, and pattern. These variations shall not be considered as manufacturing defects and shall not cause the invalidation of an order.
